We are RICHESMGMT LTD, a UK registered company.

This is a simple website that serves the purpose of showcasing the models we represent as well as accepting applications from prospective models. We gath data in the following ways:

1) Model application form - from which we collect various personal details about a user including images that they upload.

We understand the personal nature of submitting a modelling application and, as such, are extremely guarded about the data that we collect. Your personal details and submitted images will never be shared with any outside party. They will be used internally within the organisation only to determine whether we would like to represent you. Your data may reside on our system for up to 5 years. You may request your data to be deleted from our system by contacting us.

2) Newsletter subscription form - from which we collect a user's email address.

We will never share a user's email data with other parties. We will only use a user's email address to share relevant news updates with them. You may request your email data to be deleted from our system by contacting us, or by using the unsubscribe link in the footer of our email communications.

Currently, the only 3rd-party data collection service we use is Google Analytics. This service runs by default, unless you were presented with the cookie-consent banner upon first visiting this website - in which case the service is activated when you press the 'Accept' button.

This site may include embedded content (specifically - videos hosted on Vimeo). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, embed additional third-party tracking, and monitor your interaction with that embedded content, including tracking your interaction with the embedded content if you have an account and are logged in to that website. We cannot be held responsible for interactions with these embeds.

All images/videos used on this website are exhibited based upon the goodwill of the intellectual property holder. If you are an owner of any content used on this website and would like it to be removed, please email us and we will remove immediately.
